The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites, with Cloudflare infrastructure for execution and storage. The planned domain is youin.be; the site is also available at its ChatGPT Sites address.

Brands, text, images and software are protected under their respective owners' rights. Their presence on this site does not permit reuse without agreement or other lawful authorisation.

Data used. Email, account ID, nickname, chosen avatar or photo, hashed password, entries, scores, points transactions, referrals, votes, suggested questions, test feedback and audio recordings when you play using the microphone. Technical data is also used for login and security. A temporary technical session ID counts active visitors without displaying their identity; presence expires after 45 seconds, and the counter and list of online members' nicknames are restricted to the manager's two authorised accounts.

Purposes and legal bases. Account and game operation is based on providing the service requested; security and abuse prevention are based on the legitimate interest in protecting players and the service. Letting members or your opponent listen to your roar requires agreement before recording. Including the audio file in an external share is optional and requires your choice.

Visibility. Nicknames, avatars, scores and leaderboards are visible in game areas available to members. Authorised members can listen to roars under the game's rules; in a battle, only the participants can listen. Your email and password do not appear on the leaderboard. A link or file you share may be passed to others: avoid private information in your content.

Service providers. L’administration du projet et les prestataires techniques nécessaires au fonctionnement du site peuvent traiter les données correspondantes. Le site utilise ChatGPT Sites et Cloudflare ; les emails de récupération, lorsque leur envoi est activé, passent par Resend, et les notifications par le service de notifications du navigateur ; si un mode jury IA est activé, l’audio et la consigne sont envoyés à l’API OpenAI pour produire la note. Le mode ludique calcule la note sans cet appel. Les polices peuvent être chargées auprès de Google Fonts, qui reçoit alors des données techniques de connexion.

Retention. Le cookie de connexion expire après 30 jours au maximum et est supprimé à la déconnexion. Le compte, les participations et les fichiers restent actuellement enregistrés pour permettre le suivi du jeu ; aucune suppression automatique des anciens comptes ou audios n’est encore configurée. L’activité des membres est conservée pendant 90 jours pour les statistiques privées du gestionnaire. Les liens de récupération sont à usage unique et expirent après 30 minutes. Les notifications sur appareil sont facultatives ; l’abonnement est supprimé à la désactivation ou à la déconnexion sur cet appareil.

The account and file retention policy, and precise information on any transfers outside the European Economic Area and their safeguards, still need to be finalised.

Your rights. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent. For a request or withdrawal concerning published audio, contact us above with your nickname and the entry concerned. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing. Requests are assessed under GDPR conditions and deadlines; some data may remain necessary for a legal obligation or to defend legal rights.

You may also lodge a complaint with theBelgian Data Protection Authority. Do not include sensitive data or data about other people in a roar, photo or suggested question.

Access is currently free. Simply creating an account does not subscribe you to any payment or paid plan. Any future paid offer must present its prices and terms before an explicit commitment.

Use an email address you own, keep your password private and respect other players. Fake accounts intended to multiply points, self-referrals, automated entries, vote manipulation and bypassing limits are prohibited.

Only post content you have the right to share. Insulting, hateful, unlawful or privacy-infringing content can be reported through Contact. Requests for score correction or moderation must identify the entry concerned; measures must be proportionate and can be challenged through the contact address.

Points are game units, not money or a financial deposit. Their use for a reward depends on the terms announced for the relevant promotion.

The site may experience interruptions or errors. Report them so they can be reviewed. These terms do not remove users' mandatory rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The minimum age and conditions for minors still need to be set before a launch aimed at that audience.

Each game displays its schedule, entry limits and scoring rules. Times are in Belgian time (Europe/Brussels). The leaderboard uses results saved on the server.

Jungle Roar. The official take is unique within the displayed session; the flow includes 4 seconds of preparation and 4 seconds of recording. The daily contest is announced for 8 am to 9 pm; the podium awards the displayed bonuses at 9 pm. Admin tests are not prize-eligible entries.

Scoring. The result is for fun. In fun mode, it depends on sound characteristics and does not measure resemblance to an animal. If AI judging is enabled, an imitation estimate is generated automatically and may be imperfect. Use Contact to report an error.

Battle. The recipient accepts the challenge before participating. Both players imitate the same animal; the stake, duration and outcome follow the battle's information. Points transferred are limited by the available balance; a tie produces no transfer.

Tribe's Choice. The most popular option earns 10 points; the others earn 0. Tied top options each earn 10 points. The weekly leaderboard runs Monday to Sunday; ties favour the first profile registered.

Referrals. The announced bonus is 10 points when a new friend creates a profile through your link and posts their first eligible roar. One bonus per new player; admin tests do not count.

Rewards. Only rewards explicitly announced for a promotion are included. Before a promotion with a gift, its terms must state the organiser, eligibility, dates, prizes, ties, availability and delivery arrangements. An illustration alone does not replace these terms.

Your device stores your language choice (French or English) for future visits.

The site uses the technical cookie __Host-youwin-session to keep you logged in: maximum duration 30 days, with Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax attributes. Logging out deletes it.

Browser session storage temporarily keeps the referral code, a profile draft and invitation or test information needed for the flow. It is normally cleared when the browser session ends. This data is not an advertising tool.

Trackers strictly necessary for the requested service are exempt from prior consent. Any non-essential trackers, including advertising or audience measurement, must be accompanied by appropriate information and a prior choice.

You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings; this may log you out and erase local drafts. Technical processing by the hosting platform is also covered by its privacy information.
